# Dịch vụ eContract

Tính năng Dịch vụ eContract giúp bạn theo dõi nhanh tình trạng sử dụng gói hợp đồng điện tử, bao gồm:

Số hợp đồng đã dùng: Tổng số hợp đồng điện tử đã phát hành và sử dụng.

Số hợp đồng đã mua: Tổng số lượng hợp đồng thuộc gói dịch vụ đã đăng ký.

Ngày hết hạn: Thời hạn sử dụng của gói dịch vụ (nếu có). Nếu hiển thị dấu "--", hệ thống chưa ghi nhận hoặc gói không áp dụng thời hạn hết hạn.

Lưu ý:

* Khi số Hợp đồng đã dùng gần bằng Hợp đồng đã mua, Quý khách nên liên hệ bộ phận kinh doanh hoặc chăm sóc khách hàng để được tư vấn mua thêm hạn mức.
* Thông tin trên màn hình được hệ thống cập nhật theo dữ liệu sử dụng thực tế.
* Nếu số liệu hiển thị không đúng với thực tế, vui lòng liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ để được kiểm tra.
