# Chờ tôi ký

Mục **Chờ tôi ký** hiển thị các hợp đồng đang chờ bạn ký. Tại đây, bạn có thể ký hoặc từ chối từng hợp đồng.

### Ký hợp đồng

Thực hiện theo các bước sau:

1. Chọn hợp đồng cần xử lý, rồi nhấn **Ký**.

2. Trên trang ký, nhấn **Ký hợp đồng**.

3. Chọn mẫu chữ ký trong cửa sổ xuất hiện.

   Chọn mẫu đã tạo trong **Cấu hình** → **Chữ ký**. Nếu chưa có mẫu, nhấn **Tạo chữ ký mới**. Bạn cũng có thể ký mà không kèm ảnh chữ ký.

4. Nhấn **Tiếp tục** để hoàn tất ký theo loại chữ ký của hợp đồng.

### Yêu cầu theo loại chữ ký

* **Ký hợp đồng USB Token:** Kết nối USB Token trước khi ký. Hệ thống thông báo khi ký thành công. Nếu không kết nối Token, bạn không thể ký.
* **Ký hợp đồng Server:** Tài khoản cần có chứng thư số đang hoạt động. Nếu chưa có chứng thư số, hệ thống báo lỗi và không thể ký.

### Từ chối ký

Chọn **Từ chối** trên hợp đồng nếu bạn không thể hoặc không muốn ký.

### Thông báo email

* Với hợp đồng nhiều người ký, hệ thống gửi email **Yêu cầu ký số** cho người ký tiếp theo.
* Khi bạn hoàn tất ký, hệ thống gửi email **Hoàn thành ký số** đến bạn.
* Khi bạn từ chối, hệ thống gửi email **Từ chối ký số** đến bạn.
